“Clupeiforum” is a bad pun. “Clupeiform” is “herring-shaped” in the Vulgate. It’s an inside joke. Well, actually it’s a fish, but still, only a few people find fish funny. I think they’re hilarious. But then I also like to make cow-sounds.
I never was terribly stable….
Moo.
I think fish are funny and making cow-sounds is one of my specialities!
I happened upon your blog by chance and am enjoying reading it. It’s made me think about things and feel better, so you’re doing a good job!
Thanks & mooooo!

P.S. I’ve added you to my blogroll, hope that’s OK.

Thanks, Lilian. I’m flattered!
Moo.
Moo. Moo.
Moo.
Do you know of fish that makes cow sounds?
Why, of course! Have you never heard of the longhorn cowfish? (http://www.cowfishes.com/longhorn.html)
Or perhaps…the moo-ray eel?
Would you believe…the Moo-fin tuna?
Heard? Can’t say I have, as I’m deafer than a doornail. But I have read up on them… interesting. They graze the pastures of the sea as well, to snack on many sorts of algae.
Now… do bulls, especially those of fish variety, moo?
They do, in a deeper voice, though you really can’t believe a word they say.
You know…it’s all bull.
We need more cowbell!
